is there a tourist information office in Union Station in D.C.?

thanks

There is an information booth and traveler’s aid office inside Union Station at street level that offer basic information. The better resource is the DC Visitor Information Center which is at the Ronald Reagan Building on 1300 Pennsylvania, near the White House. It’s about 3 miles, maybe 20 min on foot from the station.

HDN has it right, though I’d say it is more like a mile and a half – the mall, remember, is 2 1/2 miles long, and you only walk around 1 mile of it from the end with Union Station to the International trade center.

You can also take metro red line to Metro Center then one stop toward New Carrollton on Orange or Blue – Federal Triangle, which will lead you right to the trade center.
