this is not a joke. it’s for a school assignment. I’m making a travel brochure about the moon… and in Australian dollars please…

forget the assignment
BUY A TICKET TO THE MOON TODAY!!!

its only 100 million US dollars (this is just a moon orbit flight though)

thats about 201,138,556 austrailian dollars at todays rate conversion

as far as landing and staying on the moon, really depends on how long your there, but almost tripling your cost is a good start.

need to convert some money?

about 700 billion US dollars, roughly the same amount that is used to bailout the bankrupt financial firm in the wall street market.

It actually costs $100 million dollars to fly up to the moon. And this is no joke. Oh and if you want it in Australian dollars…well I don’t know…

$100 million USD or $165,180,000 Australian dollars

Pretty small amount compared to Sarah Palin’s shopping sprees.

ahahahahahah. You stupid retard. no one has ever done that. it would cost billions though. if god intended us to live on other planets and things besides earth, then we would be on the moon already. have you noticed how all the space shuttles blow up? most of them dont even get that far.

Well, the distance to the moon is 240,000 miles and the typical fare rate for many cabs is about $2 per mile, so you should be able to take a taxi to the moon for about $480,000.

It would cost billions. Fact is no country presently has a manned vehicle capable of a moon orbit and return, much less than a landing. So, they are working on that. As to cost to a common citizen the Russians charge $12 to 14 Million to spend a couple days on the International Space Station.

How much money can you give to your space program? It is at least $100,000,000,000.99. Plus tax. :-)
